There are people (I hope ...) that like me, you don't eat rice
when they go to the Japanese.
I decided to take home something that went beautifully: sushi
rolls without rice.
What are you going to need. Sheets of dried seaweed:
Rolling mat:
Brown rice vinegar:
- salmon
- avocado- cauliflower rice (blend regular cauliflower)
- coconut oil
The salmon should be cut into long pieces, as well as the avocado.
Mash the cauliflower in a food grinder and take to stove with coconut oil and 2 to 3 tablespoons rice vinegar for about 3/4 minutes.
Then do the simplest. Take a sheet of seaweed, fill
the taste and curl:
After it is cut. This is important to a good knife.
Tip: pour some vinegar to the knife so it cuts easier.
It was delicious:)
