Posted this one many times, but here it goes again.
I don't eat wheat flour or do gluten, so all my recipes are gluten free.
Fit bread
In a small bowl mix:
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp flaxseed flour or
coconut or almond flour
Microwave for 2:20 min.
After this, I open it and put it on a toaster or even on frying pan and toast it on boat sides.
Eat as you wish.
Today I’m eating it with ricotta and tuna.
